Προθεσμία Υποβολής: 20 Οκτωβρίου για την Επιστροφή Ενοικίου

Οι μισθωτές που είναι δικαιούχοι και ανήκουν στις ειδικές κατηγορίες έχουν προθεσμία μέχρι τις 20 Οκτωβρίου για να υποβάλουν τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά σχετικά με την επιστροφή του ενοικίου τους, το οποίο θα καταβληθεί τον Νοέμβριο. Αυτή η προθεσμία ισχύει κυρίως για συμβάσεις ενοικίασης όπου οι εκμισθωτές δεν χρειάζεται να υποβάλλουν ηλεκτρονικά δήλωση πληροφοριακών στοιχείων (όπως το Δημόσιο) ή έχουν υποβάλλει χειρόγραφα μισθωτήρια (π.χ. στην περίπτωση ανηλίκων).

Διαδικασία Επιστροφής Ενοικίου

Για να λάβουν οι δικαιούχοι τη σχετική επιστροφή, απαιτείται να στείλουν ηλεκτρονικά μέσω της εφαρμογής «Τα Αιτήματά μου» στο myAADE (myaade.gov.gr) αίτηση προς την αρμόδια υπηρεσία της ΑΑΔΕ, συνημμένα με αντίγραφα του μισθωτηρίου ή της χειρόγραφης δήλωσης και αποδεικτικών πληρωμής των ενοικίων. Για φοιτητικές κατοικίες επιπλέον απαιτείται βεβαίωση σπουδών.

Στις άλλες περιπτώσεις, η επιστροφή καταβάλλεται αυτόματα από την ΑΑΔΕ χωρίς αίτηση ή υποβολή εγγράφων, σύμφωνα με τα στοιχεία που υπάρχουν στη φορολογική δήλωση του προηγούμενου έτους, με σκοπό η πίστωση να ολοκληρωθεί έως το τέλος Νοεμβρίου 2025.

Ποσά Αντιστάθμισης

• Κύρια κατοικία: Μέχρι 800 ευρώ ετησίως.
• Φοιτητική κατοικία: Μέχρι 800 ευρώ ανά φοιτητή ετησίως.

Kατά συνέπεια, το ποσό επιστροφής ισούται με το ένα δωδέκατο (1/12) του συνολικού ποσού των ενοίκων που έχουν καταβληθεί κατά τη διάρκεια του έτους 2024.Σε περιπτώσεις περισσότερων από μία διαδοχικών συμβάσεων μίσθωσης, λαμβάνεται υπόψη το σύνολο των αποδείξεων πληρωμών.

Κριτήρια Επιλεξιμότητας

Mίσθωση Κύριας Κατοικίας:

• Άγαμοι:s μέχρι 20.000 ευρώ.
• Zευγάρια / Συμφώνου Συμβίωσης:s μέχρι 28.000 ευρώ +4.000 ευρώ για κάθε εξαρτώμενο τέκνο.
• Mοναγονεϊκές οικογένειες:s μέχρι 31.000 ευρώ +5.000 ευρώ για κάθε επιπλέον τέκνο πέραν του πρώτου.

[Περιουσιακά κριτήρια]:

The total value of the property should not exceed the following limits according to property tax data for the year of aid provision:

– €120,000 for singles.

– €120,000 increased by €20,000 for a spouse or partner and each additional dependent child.

• For student housing: Only income criteria are considered without regard to whether it is listed under the parents’ tax statement or if it is declared as primary residence in the student’s tax return.
