Ένα φεστιβάλ γεμάτο προκλήσεις και γρίφους!

Στο μαγευτικό Καστελλόριζο διοργανώνεται ένα μοναδικό φεστιβάλ αφιερωμένο στους γρίφους,όπου οι συμμετέχοντες θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να λύσουν γρίφους και να μάθουν μέσα από το παιχνίδι και την επιστήμη.

Με πέντε χρόνια παρουσίας στο πολιτιστικό στερέωμα, το φεστιβάλ εδραιώνει τη θέση του ως ένα σημαντικό γεγονός που συνδυάζει την Επιστήμη, την Τεχνολογία, την Καινοτομία και τις Τέχνες. Η γνώση καθίσταται ένας συναρπαστικός επιστημονικός γρίφος που περιμένει να επιλυθεί.

Aξιοσημείωτοι ακαδημαϊκοί δάσκαλοι, ερευνητές και καλλιτέχνες θα βοηθήσουν τους συμμετέχοντες να εξερευνήσουν τη γνώση μέσω βιωματικών εργαστηρίων που αναδεικνύουν όσο ποτέ άλλοτε τον διασκεδαστικό χαρακτήρα των επιστημών αλλά και των τεχνών. Ας δούμε τι έχει προγραμματιστεί:

• Εργαστήρια & Διαγωνισμός Γρίφων: Αυτά είναι τα κύρια σημεία του φεστιβάλ που προκαλούν τις σκέψεις όλων ανεξαιρέτως.
• Pantazis Houlis:, ο οποίος με μια ενημερωτική ομιλία θα μας ταξιδέψει στο «ανεκμετάλλευτο» πεδίο των γρίφων στην πρώτη ημέρα του γεγονότος.
• Dra Athanasia Athanasiou:, αναγνωρισμένη ερευνήτρια από το Ιταλικό Ινστιτούτο Τεχνολογίας στη Γενεύη, θα διαθέσει χρόνο για μια κεντρική ομιλία με τίτλο «Τα Υλικά της Αυριανής Ημέρας για έναν Υγιέστερο Πλανήτη». Στην ομιλία της εκφράζει ανησυχίες σχετικά με τη χρήση πλαστικών υλικών και υπογραμμίζει τη σημασία της ισορροπίας μεταξύ νεωτερικότητας και βιωσιμότητας.
• Iannis Ioannidis:, Καθηγητής στο Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών, μας καλεί σε μια συζήτηση σχετικά με τους “Επιστημονικούς κι Ηθικούς Γρίφους στον Τομέα της Πληροφορικής”. Θα μοιραστεί τις προσεγγίσεις του για πιθανές λύσεις στην κλείδα αυτών των θεμάτων κατά τη διάρκεια της τελευταίας ημέρας του φεστιβάλ.
• Kostas Karpouzis:, καθηγητής στο Πάντειο Πανεπιστήμιο, θα απευθυνθεί στις δυνατότητες εφαρμογής της τεχνητής νοημοσύνης στην εκπαίδευση μέσω ενός πρωτότυπου εργαστηρίου.

the secrets of the universe await! How can we explore our heliosphere and unravel the mysteries of nearby space? Researcher Dr. Kostas Dialynas from the Academy of Athens will provide insights on this topic.

• The EL.ID.E.K participates in this year’s Puzzle Festival and together with the Research and Educational Institute for Health (REdI4Health) invites us to an interactive journey into the world of DNA—from its isolation to laboratory observation and analysis.
• The experimental physicist Markos Skoulatos from the Technical University of Munich will unveil ancient Greek technology’s secrets through a workshop on antikythera Mechanism along with biologist Chrysanti Saliagopoulou from Science Reactors.
  
• A discussion titled “On Archimedes’ Puzzles” led by Michalis Lamprou, Markos Skoulatos , Pantazis Houlis moderated by Kyriakos Kyriakoulis aims at engaging participants in a current conversation about “Zero Emission Riddles: Solve puzzles; choose solutions; build tomorrow’s lasting island!” featuring Charalambos Giannikopoulos (DCarbon) alongside Despoina Fragouli (iit). The comic will also be showcased as an innovative educational tool by Nikos Papadopoulos (ITE/IMS).
• Puzzles aptly describe various scientific phenomena: “Mind Games: illusions and riddles of the mind” (eira Taufik), “Brain Riddles” (Neuroholics Team), “Depth Riddles” (Christos Tsamparis & EL.KE.TH.E research team), “Mathematical riddles … without solution” (Prof. Michalis Lamprou), “The riddle of distances in Space!”(Prof Kosmas Gazeas & team “Planets In Your Hand”),“Solve a puzzle using comics” by Dr Nikos Papadopoulos.Finally Prof Ifigeneia Iliopoulou shares insights into last year’s GraphoPuli through her experiential workshop ‘GraphoPuli and The Witch’ highlighting riddles’ educational value.

  Staying within workshops we have impressive experiments like ‘biochemistry… in Action!!’ led by Dimitris Koniditsiotis (“Science is Fun”- EEF)), unique workshops harmonizing creativity with education offered by DustBowl – Stamatios Striggari combining mathematics recycling music along with ‘S.T.E.A.M projects’ created by Despoina Korentini(MENSA).

  Geology too has its share: “Code Volcano – Scientific Mission with micro:bit” presented by CityLab and also understanding dinosaur extinction via fossils studied under Pierre Patoucheas geologist member Science Reactors

  A promising highlight involves students showcasing innovative projects such as ‘Educational Institutions Rodion Paideia’ who engage in groundbreaking AI applications workshops or ‘4th Gymnasium Ano Liossion’ presenting ‘Knowledge Cubed’, while ‘1st gymnasium Kos – Hippocrates collaborates on solving puzzles named Gri-Focus!’ Moreover Elisso Asimakopoulou is designing her escape room called ‘The Enigma Of Blue Cave’.

  Returning strongly is legendary Astro-solar observation coordinated by Professor Kosmas Gazeas teamed up with Planets in Your Hand collaborating alongside Planetarium On The Go.Innovative group Science Reactors returns presenting their famous Stand up show “Science Rap Battle” while they actively participate across various labs presentations.

  Lastly Patchwork brings forth an original musical event where both physical digital instruments birthed together join their voices on stage.Stamatios Striggari Dimitris kordis Andreas Tavernaris Despoina Frossa Kossyvaki are set to impress followed naturally closing festivities featuring conventional dance music courtesy Manousakia from Rhodes.

  Unique activities grace this year’s agenda such as PLANETARIUM ON THE GO providing screenings telescopes meteorites transporting us through Universe whilst groups associated Rhodes Aquarium discuss protecting marine megafauna detecting invasive species within Dodecanese islands under program named Natural Environment Climate Resilience 2025.MELISTEA local apiarists invite everyone festive honey excursion!

  Morning guided walks across island trails hosted exclusively Panatzi Houla himself lucky ones discovering beauty past truths layered throughout locale.

  A significant initiative established since 2023 encompasses educational programs tailored explicitly towards students island mornings prior festival.

  Event coordination led forward under guidance Pantazi Houla(Museum Puzzles Megisti)& EN.I.G.M.A association(Association ideas Puzzles Mathematics) working hand-in-hand Eirinie Grammatikopoulos noted specialist Communication Science.
