Τέσσερα πακέτα αναδρομικών επίκεινται για 855.000 συνταξιούχους, όπως αποκαλύπτει η εφημερίδα “ΤΑ ΝΕΑ”. Οι εν λόγω ομάδες περιλαμβάνουν:

• 350.000 δημόσιους υπαλλήλους: Αυτοί περιμένουν επιστροφές συνολικού ύψους 420 εκατ. ευρώ που σχετίζονται με την Εισφορά Αλληλεγγύης Συνταξιούχων (ΕΑΣ).
• 370.000 παλαιούς συνταξιούχους: Αυτοί έχουν προσφύγει στη δικαιοσύνη για το διάστημα από τον Ιούνιο του 2015 μέχρι τον Μάιο του 2016 και αναμένουν αποφάσεις σχετικά με επιστροφές που μπορούν να φτάσουν έως και τα 4.000 ευρώ (μαζί με τόκους).
• 100.000 συνταξιούχους: Προβάλουν διεκδικήσεις κρατικών επικουρικών που δεν έχει πληρώσει ο ΕΦΚΑ.
• 35.000 άτομα μετά το 2016 με πάνω από 30 χρόνια ασφάλισης: Διεκδικούν ποσά μέσω επανυπολογισμού των κύριων συντάξεων σύμφωνα με τον νόμο Βρούτση (Νόμος 4670/2020).

1. Aναδρομικά λόγω ΕΑΣ

this involves about 370,000 retirees eligible under these claims since EFKA did not contest these decisions through appeals; however those who did not file claims remain excluded from receiving refunds.

The expert opinion suggests approximately 10,000–20,000 recipients have already obtained amounts between €2,500–€3,00 plus interest at six percent rate;.
Difficulties arise post-2020 as per provisions during Voutsis’ ministerial term which led to loss in appeal rights thereafter.

3. Aναδρομικά επικουρικών συντάξεων

The administration firmly states that no eligibility exists regarding supplementary pension repayments under current regulations leading many towards legal recourse seeking additional increases stemming from contributions exceeding six percent initiated post-May ’16 primarily affecting sectors like banking and public utilities among others.

4. Aναδρομικά επανυπολογισμού κυρίως συντάξεων




Cerca de treinta y cinco mil jubilados que se retiraron después de mayo de dos mil dieciséis tienen derecho a reclamar reembolsos bajo la Ley número cuatro mil seiscientos setenta – Brousis ya que no hubo una recalibración para períodos superiores a los treinta años e ingresos desde octubre del diecinueve resultando en montos retroactivos que alcanzan entre tres mil y cinco mil euros con más de cuarenta años de seguros superando los ocho mil quinientos euros.. El EFKA afirma que no es necesario presentar solicitud alguna porque automáticamente identificará estos casos.
